Jesse Winslow is a versatile clarinetist and educator from Lake Wylie, South Carolina. He earned his Bachelor's in Music Performance from the University of South Carolina in 2023 and is currently pursuing graduate studies at the University of Miami under the mentorship of Mark Nuccio of the Houston Symphony.
Jesse has performed as Principal Clarinet with the USC Symphony Orchestra, Frost Symphony Orchestra, and the Henry Mancini Institute Orchestra, and performed as a substitute principal clarinetist with the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra. He also plays bass clarinet with Symphony of the Americas and the La La Land film tour. His notable performances include appearances at the Library of Congress, the 25th Annual Latin Grammy Awards, and as a soloist at the South Carolina Music Educators Association
Recognized for his musicianship and leadership, Jesse has received numerous accolades, including the John Philip Sousa Award, the Semper Fidelis Musical Excellence Award, the Tau Beta Sigma Scholarship Award, and the Cantey Award for Musical Excellence.
Beyond performing, Jesse is passionate about music education and actively teaches in high schools across Columbia, York, Miami-Dade, and Broward counties, fostering the next generation of musicians.
